Born a little after the Iron age in Greece, Margarites was raised by her father. He was the main trainer for the Hoplite’s and with out her mother there to help, he would bring Margarites with him eventually disguising her and training her along side the other men. They never were told who Margarites really was.

 

By the age of 28, Margarites has fought in many battles, some alongside her father. During one battle though, the Hoplites were not prepared for a savage surprise attack. Many were left for dead on the field. The enemy found Margarites alive among the carnage and took her in while killing the rest of the enemy off.

 

By the time she was brought to the enemy’s town many of her wounds had healed but she waited in hopes of being able to find a way to escape. The men, instead of throwing her into a cell threw her into a stadium. There they made sport of her, mocking a woman being on the battle field, until they found she actually had skill in fighting. At that point they pushed harder to see what extent they could push Margarites to before they would overwhelm her and kill her. It finally came to the point where Margarites realized this and started dealing death blows, no longer hesitating in hopes for mercy.

 

For over a hundred years this became the usual sport for this town.

 

Margarites escaped one day when there was an attack on the town. Seeing her chance she fled leaving Greece completely and went to Italy. There is where she met the first man she loved and had her first daughter. Adrianna. This is also where Margarites changed her name to Marguerite.

 

Upon her husband’s death Marguerite left Italy, leaving her daughter there and fled north. In time Demeter found her and took Marguerite away for a few years, teaching her and in time becoming closer as friends.

 

Soon as Marg was able to though with in the 60 years she was with Demeter, she returned home to see how her daughter was faring. Adrianna though had been missing for some time now. Upset, Marguerite did what she could to find out what happened to Adrianna, searching for the barest traces. It took her 24 years to figure out who had her. Then almost another 10 to get to Adrianna and rescue her home.

 

It was a race of alien’s known as Kleevi. They moved around from planet to planet in search of females to continue to breed their race. In the midst of this rescue attempt, Marguerite was caught unaware’s by the kidnappers and impregnated herself by them. Marguerite and Adrianna did get away and returned to Earth, going to the America’s in time for Marguerite to have her son, Lamar.

 

Lamar had a lot of natural instincts that Marguerite had to work through and spent much time away from others raising him to be acceptable in society. This was a lot of hard and solitaire work for her. Because of this her skills with people suffered greatly.

 

The Kleevi tracked Adrianna down and came to reclaim one of their most successful breeders. Marguerite confronted them in her daughters defense but then something happened. She got knocked out in the fight.

 

Nearly 70 years later, Marguerite found herself in an institution for the mentally unstable. It was ran badly by the state and many in the place were pretty much left for dead. How Marguerite ended up there or how long she was there she had no clue. Right away though she left and went back to her daughter to make sure that the Kleevi did not make away with her daughter again, or with Lamar this time. He was one of their race after all.

 

Finding Adrianna well, Marguerite decided to move on. She would see Lamar on and off but remained mostly alone. Until she found herself on the sunny West Coast. California. There Marguerite found she could easily slip into that scene and have the light acquaintances but never really got close to people. They became her colleagues so to say. There were the rare ones she did, one man she thought she was falling for but when she found out she was pregnant, he made tracks the opposite way. Never the less Marguerite had her second daughter Connie in 1989.

 

Even though Connie’s dad did not want kids, she was able to get him to be a part of his child’s life. She liked her kids having a good relationship with their father, Lamar excepted. Marguerite did notice that Lamar did not like Connie’s appearance and stopped him from nearly killing her once. From then she did not allow him to be anywhere near Connie. Just to make sure Connie was not defenseless, Marguerite raised Connie to use her powers. In everyday, in casual, or defense. She had powers and Marguerite wanted to make sure her girl knew how to use them. Some fighting was taught but she would expand on that at a later time.

 

Some times Marguerite would go down to Hell, a way of keeping her ear open for any news of potential things to worry about that might be happening. Thanks to doing that she was able to save many colleagues from a ‘natural’ disaster and learned some interesting information about aliens named Shapers as well as another side to the Terrorist Turtles. Marguerite was very thankful when she found out that all aliens were not like the Kleevi.

 

In 2007 Marguerite unknowingly met one of the shaper aliens. Mikey aka Pizza. Right away they became really close friends then eventually, Pizza claimed her heart. Pizza brought her to the lair to meet the others after they found that Terror was out to kidnap and torture Marguerite as a way of torturing Pizza.

 

As the year passed a new enemy, old one to the turtles, arose. In the fight against him, Marguerite got into a battle with the God of Magic. The situation was not too dire but the chance of her life, and the life of a friend could have been on the line. Her conditioning she has not been able to shake those hundreds of years back came front full force and in cold blood, she killed the Goddess, becoming herself the new Goddess of Magic.
